Eve Badana has a diverse work experience in the legal field and other industries. Eve started their career at the United Nations Association of Greater Philadelphia as a Project Assistant in 2014. Eve then interned at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office in the Juvenile Division in 2015.

From 2012 to 2015, Eve worked at the Drexel University Recreation Centre, where they held multiple roles including Intramural Sports Supervisor, Student Tutor & Mentor, and Fitness Floor Attendant.

In 2016, they worked as a Legal Assistant & Researcher at Wilson Litigation for a period of three months.

Eve joined A&L Goodbody in 2017 as a Litigation Summer Intern. After completing their internship, they worked at O'Donovan Baker Solicitors as a Legal Executive from 2018 to 2019, where they were involved in drafting court proceedings, managing client files, and preparing court documents.

Eve returned to A&L Goodbody in 2019 and has since held the position of Trainee Solicitor and currently, Corporate Solicitor.

Eve Badana's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Drexel University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2015. In 2016, they pursued a Postgraduate LLB in Law from University College Cork, which they completed in 2018. From 2019 to 2020, they attended the Law Society of Ireland for the Professional Practice Course I (PPC I). In 2020, they obtained a Certificate in Technology Law from the same institution. Currently, they are pursuing the Professional Practice Course II (PPCII) from the Law Society of Ireland, which they started in 2021. Additionally, in 2021, they also pursued a Certificate in Sports Law from the Law Society of Ireland. Prior to these academic achievements, they completed their secondary education at Saint Brother André CHS and received the distinction of being an Ontario Scholar in 2011.
