Laura Gallagher

Laura Gallagher has extensive experience in the field of aviation finance, with their most recent role as a Senior Associate at A&L Goodbody LLP starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Walkers as an Associate in finance and capital markets from 2021 to 2023. Laura also held various positions at Matheson, including Senior Associate in aviation and asset finance, Associate in aviation and asset finance, and Solicitor in aviation and asset finance. Laura began their career at Matheson as a Trainee Solicitor in 2014, where they gained experience in international corporate and asset management. Laura also had a legal secondment at Voyager Aviation. Before joining Matheson, Laura was a student intern at the firm, specializing in aircraft finance, and completing a secondment to AWAS.

Laura Gallagher completed their secondary education at Confey College from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Leaving Certificate in General Studies. Following this, from 2008 to 2012, they attended Maynooth University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business and Law. Later, they pursued further education at the Law Society of Ireland from 2014 to 2017, completing the Professional Practice Course I and II in Law.
