Robert Reid BL has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Robert started their career as a Clerk at AIB, where they were responsible for entering mortgage applications and managing application status. Robert then worked as a Temp at the Irish Medical Organisation before joining Bear Stearns as a Reconciliation Analyst. At Bear Stearns, Robert managed system breaks, specifically on credit default swaps.

In 2008, Robert joined Custom House Group as a Reconciliations Analyst, where they were responsible for hedge fund reconciliations and utilized financial management systems like Bloomberg. Robert then worked as an Intern at Galligan Johnston Solicitors, where they managed claims related to potentially mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance. Their responsibilities included claim management, database management, and providing assistance in court proceedings.

Currently, Robert works at A&L Goodbody as a Paralegal. Robert started their journey there as a Legal Executive in 2017.

Robert Reid BL has a diverse education history spanning several institutions and fields of study. Robert began their education at the University College Dublin from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English & Information Studies. Following this, they attended the Smurfit Business School from 2003 to 2004, acquiring a Postgraduate Diploma in Business.

In 2009 and 2010, Reid pursued further studies in Law at the Technological University Dublin, obtaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Law. Robert then went on to attend the Law Society of Ireland from 2011 to 2014, where they completed the Fe1s degree in Law.

Continuing their legal education, Reid commenced their studies at the Institute of Bankers, UCD in 2015, earning a Professional Certificate in Compliance. In 2019 and 2020, they attended the Technological University Dublin once again, this time completing their MA in Law (Professional).

Currently, Reid is enrolled at The Honorable Society of King's Inns since 2021, where they are pursuing a Barrister at Law degree with a focus on Law.
