Charbel El Khoury

Charbel El Khoury has worked primarily in the hospitality industry, with a focus on learning and development. Charbel is currently serving as the Complex Director of Learning and Development at Al Habtoor City Hotel Collection since October 2019. Prior to that, they held various roles at Hilton Beirut Habtoor Grand & Hilton Beirut Metropolitan Palace, starting as an Operator in October 2008 and progressing to roles such as Learning and Development Manager and Assistant Learning and Development Manager. Charbel also gained experience in other departments during their internships at the same company, including Administration, Front Office & Housekeeping, and F&B and Kitchen.

Charbel El Khoury completed their high school education at College Maten el Chemali from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a high school diploma with a focus on Biology, General. Charbel then pursued further education at Lebanese University - Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism from 2004 to 2008, earning a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications, including "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence" and "Persecutors, Victims, and Rescuers: How to Deal with Psychological Games Players" from LinkedIn in June 2021, "Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership" from LinkedIn in April 2021, and "Coaching Skills for Managers Specialization" from Coursera in November 2020.
