B. S. Rana has a diverse work experience in the sales and marketing industry. B. S. started their career in 1996 as the Zonal Business Manager at Meyer Vitabiotics in India, overseeing the states of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, J & K and Chandigarh Union Territory. B. S. held this position until 2015. In 2015, they joined AL HASHAR PHARMACY as the Division Head of Sales & Marketing.

B. S. Rana holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Sales & Marketing from Shimla, India. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in "Stanford Introduction to Food & Health" from Stanford University School of Medicine in April 2022, and "Finance for Non Finance Managers" from NSEIT LIMITED in September 2021.
