Mohamed Omar has a robust background in the contracting and energy sectors, currently serving as CEO of AL Hashemiah International Contracting Company (HICC) since February 2012. Prior to this role, Mohamed held the position of COO at NEM Energy b.v. in a joint venture with HICC from November 2008 until the divestment of shares to Siemens Germany around 2012. Mohamed's career at HICC began in February 2002 as Deputy COO, where significant contributions were made until the transition to COO. Education was attained at The American University in Cairo.
