Ayman M.

Ayman M. has a solid work experience in HR and administration roles. Starting in 2001, they worked as an Administration Manager at Atlantic Medical Centre, where they ensured proper management of employees in accordance with HR procedures. From 2003 to 2012, Ayman held various roles at Future Pipe Industries, including Corporate HR Manager and HR & Administration Manager. During this time, they developed and executed strategies for recruitment, succession planning, and compensation. From 2012 to 2014, Ayman served as the Deputy General Manager - HR & Admin at Al Khaleej Sugar Co, where they formulated strategies for recruitment, C&B, and performance management. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as an HR Director at Exeed Industries, managing HR initiatives such as talent assessments, succession planning, and team building activities. From 2016 to 2019, Ayman served as the Group HR Director at Salahaddin Investment Holding Company, implementing HR initiatives and acting as the project manager for financial facilities from the International Financial Corporation. Finally, since 2020, Ayman has been working as the HR Director - Pepsi at Al Hayat - Pepsi.

Ayman M. began their education in 1990 at Ecole Secondaire Emile Legault, where they completed their high school education in 1993. Ayman then went on to attend Vanier College from 1993 to 1996, receiving a College Diploma in Social Sciences. Following this, they pursued a degree in Political Science & Public Administration at Concordia University from 1996 to 1999, earning their Bachelor of Arts degree. Ayman M. furthered their education by attending the American University of Beirut from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained a Master's degree in Political Science & Public Administration (CAMES).
