Tony Mathew

Tony Mathew has over 5 years of experience in the hospitality and customer service domain. Currently, Tony is working at Columbia Asia Hospitals Pvt. Ltd., where Tony holds various positions such as Customer Care Executive, Supervisor Customer Care, and Customer Care Assistant. Tony is directly responsible for managing outpatient and inpatient customer experience with a team of 65 employees and serves as a single point of contact for customer concerns, as well as handling financial and process-related responsibilities. In March 2019, Tony also took on the role of Branch Head at Al Hilal Healthcare.
