Bassam al-Hemsi

Bassam AL-Hemsi is a highly experienced medical professional currently serving as the Owner and CEO of Bassam Medical Center, a semi-charity institution dedicated to managing end-stage renal failure patients with 21 hemo-dialysis machines. In addition, Bassam AL-Hemsi functions as the CEO and e-Learning Consultant at Innovative Technology, where contributions include designing an online medical curriculum and manufacturing smart multi-touch boards. As a Medical Informatics Consultant for the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia, Bassam AL-Hemsi provides external consulting and auditing services. Previous roles include Associate Dean for Educational Support Affairs at King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences, Consultant Transplant Surgeon at K.F.N.G. Hospital, and Founder of the Medical Informatics Department at NGHA, where Bassam AL-Hemsi established the first department of its kind in the Middle East. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Leicester and a Fellowship in Organ Transplant from the University of Virginia, among other advanced degrees.
