Helen Strike is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in pediatric intensive care and clinical risk management. Currently serving as the Clinical Risk Manager at Al Jalila Children's Specialty Hospital since September 2021, Helen chairs the risk management committee and leads various critical investigations and analyses, including being the medical lead for event report analysis. Additionally, Helen holds the position of Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor at Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences and has previously served as Consultant Pediatric Intensivist and Head of Department at Mediclinic City Hospital. Helen’s earlier roles include significant positions at prominent hospitals including Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children and University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust, contributing to both clinical practice and the advancement of pediatric care. Helen earned a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from the University of London from 1992 to 1997.
