Hassan Miqdad

Hassan Miqdad is a seasoned broadcast engineer with extensive experience in the media industry. Since May 2016, Hassan has held the position of Senior MCR Engineer at Al Jazeera Media Network, contributing to broadcast operations and systems. Prior to this role, Hassan served as an MCR Engineer at the same company and as a Broadcast System Integration Engineer at Media Group Int. Hassan began a career in broadcasting as a Broadcast Support Engineer at Al Jazeera Media Network and gained initial experience as a Research Assistant at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg im Breisgau, focusing on the performance quality of integrated high-speed Analog-to-Digital converter chips. Educationally, Hassan earned a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Qatar University in 2018 and previously completed a Bachelor's degree in the same field at the same institution in 2014.
