Julie MacDonald is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in broadcasting and communications. Currently serving as a News Anchor and Programme Presenter at Al Jazeera English since November 2005, Julie has been instrumental in establishing the London office as one of the original launch anchors. Additionally, Julie is the Founder and Broadcaster of 'The Awesome Au Pair,' a membership site designed to support au pair host families. With a diverse background that includes reporting for Five News, ITV News, Sky, and the BBC, Julie has demonstrated expertise in live reporting and presenting across various platforms. Julie holds an MA Hons in Geography and International Relations from the University of Aberdeen, further enhancing a robust career in media and communications training at Clanmac Media Ltd since January 2016.
