Marwan Matalkah is a seasoned professional in the field of DevOps and Cloud Solutions Architecture with a strong background in supporting mission-critical systems and high-traffic websites. Currently serving as a Sr. DevOps Engineer & Cloud Solutions Architect at Al Jazeera Media Network since 2013, Marwan has demonstrated expertise in planning, collaboration, and hands-on technical work. Previous experience as a DevOps & Site Reliability Engineer involved enhancing the availability of Internet-facing services and establishing CI/CD pipelines. Prior to Al Jazeera, Marwan worked as an Application Support Engineer at Informix, where responsibilities included diagnosing and resolving incidents in a 24/7 environment and providing root cause analysis documentation. Marwan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Yarmouk University, earned from 2007 to 2012.
