Alaa Al Hafez is a highly accomplished professional with over 17 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, currently serving as the General Manager Pharma and Head of Sales & Operation for AKI's Alphamed Pharma Division since March 2019. Prior experience includes significant roles at AstraZeneca from June 2006 to March 2019, where Alaa excelled as Key Account Manager, Retail Lead, Distributor Contract Manager, and Senior Sales Manager, overseeing sales targets and developing a robust network within the UAE market. Alaa holds an MBA from SBS Swiss Business School and another Master's degree from Strathclyde Business School, in addition to a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Ajman University.
