Nawal Al Tamimi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government relations, operations, and management. Currently serving as the Head of Emiratisation and Government Relations at Al Khayyat Investments since January 2024, Nawal previously held the position of Manager of Operations at Expo City Dubai and managed Visitor Services during Expo 2020 Dubai. Prior roles include Manager of Government Relations & Excellence at Etihad, where Nawal also served as Corporate Excellence Manager, and Team Lead at Jaheziya. Nawal began a career in economic research at the Ministry of Economy in the UAE. Academically, Nawal holds a Master's degree in Innovation and Change Management from Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University and a Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce from the Higher Colleges of Technology.
