Slawek Koszorz

Slawek Koszorz has an extensive work experience in HR management, with key roles in various multinational companies. Slawek is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group. Prior to this, they were the HR Director for Europe at Leggett & Platt Automotive Group from August 2018 to January 2020. From July 2013 to July 2018, they worked as the Personalleiter / HR Senior Manager at Whirlpool EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). Before that, they were the Senior Manager of Corporate Human Resources at AL-KO Kober Corp from April 2010 to June 2013. Slawek Koszorz began their career at Hanwha Q CELLS Co. Ltd., where they served as the Head of Talentmanagement & Leadership Development from January 2007 to December 2010.

Slawek Koszorz attended Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg from 1999 to 2005, where they obtained a diploma in Business Economics. In 2012, they also obtained a certification as a Systemic Coach & Consultant from ICO - Institut für Coaching und Organisationberatung.
