Rami Al-Maddah has extensive experience in executive leadership roles. Rami is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Al Mahmal Facilities Services. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Hanco Automotive, where they successfully turned the company's overall loss into profit within 18 months. Rami also worked as the Deputy Chief of Staff for a Ministerial Cabinet Member at the Ministry of Housing - Saudi Arabia, where they monitored departmental performance and played a key role in promoting home ownership in the Kingdom. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Chief Operating Officer at Hanco Automotive and Chairman and Managing Director at Kuwait Projects Company subsidiary Al Atoun Steel Industries. Rami's expertise also includes serving as a Regional Consultant for UIC and Business Development Manager at SADAFCO. Rami started their career at The National Commercial Bank as a Senior Credit Analyst and later became a Corporate Relationship Manager. Additionally, Rami has experience as a Commercial Projects Manager at Dorchester Estates, where they implemented processes for rent collection and payments.
Rami Al-Maddah completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from The American University in Cairo (AUC) between 2000 and 2004. In 2016, they participated in the Program for Advanced Leadership and Management at the Madinah Institute for Leadership and Entrepreneurship.
