Khaled Alsobaie is a seasoned professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Organizational Development Specialist at Almarshad Holding Group since March 2022, where responsibilities include HR infrastructure development and the design of Operational Structures, Job Descriptions, Compensation & Benefits Guides, and Performance Evaluation Criteria.
