Mohammed Alkhudirah

Mohammed Alkhudirah has extensive experience in real estate asset and property management. Mohammed is currently the Deputy CEO of Real Estate Asset and Property Management at Almarshad Holding Group. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Real Estate Asset and Property Management at Alkhabeer Capital. Mohammed also served as the Executive Director of Real Estate Asset and Property Management at Awqaf Investment, where they were responsible for developing the department's annual operating plan and budget, as well as leading the collection and organization of real estate asset data. Mohammed has also worked as the General Manager of Real Estate at the Ministry of Finance in Saudi Arabia, where they were responsible for underwriting investments and other strategic decisions. Mohammed has held various management roles in the real estate sector, including General Manager at Othaim Holding Company and Sr. Manager of Real Estate Marketing and Sales at MASIC. Mohammed's experience also includes serving on the board of Al-Nukhba Al-Emareiah Real Estate Investment & Development.

Mohammed Alkhudirah obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sciences, B from King Saud University, which they completed between 1998 and 2001. In 2017, they attended the British Training Center in London, where they completed a professional course focused on marketing and sales strategy in the real estate industry. The same year, in 2016, Mohammed took a course in marketing strategy at the Cambridge Education Group. In 2014, they earned a diploma in Real Estate Marketing from Cairo University. Additionally, they completed an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) program at the British council in 2015. In 2013, Mohammed attended an academy where they completed courses in Real Estate Feasibility Study and Real Estate Commercial Evaluation. Lastly, in 2012, they completed a course in Real Estate Evaluation at the Academy.
