Ramzi M. Fawaz

Ramzi M. Fawaz, LLM, serves as the Legal Manager for Al Maya Group since August 2007, providing group legal advisory across multiple international jurisdictions including the UAE, Kuwait, Oman, India, the United Kingdom, and the USA. Prior to this role, Ramzi worked as a Legal Advisor at Emirates Advocates & Legal Consultants from 2006 to 2007, where responsibilities included drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents such as MOUs, sales agreements, and shareholder agreements. Ramzi holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of Central Lancashire, completed in 2023.
