Omar Rashwan

Omar Rashwan currently serves as the Group Financial Controller at Almodon Alarabia Holding Group since November 2023. Prior to this role, Omar held the position of Finance Manager (IT) at Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc. from April 2018 to May 2023, where responsibilities included leading IT business integration across 20 national hospitals and managing vendor relationships. From September 2014 to February 2018, Omar was the Chief Accountant at Almodon Alarabia Holding Group, contributing to the development of essential financial reporting packages. Earlier experience includes a role as a Senior External Auditor at Deloitte from November 2011 to August 2014. Omar's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in LLM Comparative Law, Economic and Finance from The International University College of Turin and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Commercial Law from The Hashemite University.
