Ahmed Samir

Ahmed Samir currently serves as the Service Manager for Volkswagen at AL Nabooda Automobiles LLC, a position held since March 2013, with previous roles as Assistant Service Manager and Supervisor of After Sales. Ahmed leads a team responsible for service operations and ensures departmental profitability. Prior to AL Nabooda, Ahmed worked as a Senior Service Engineer at Al Tayer Group and as a Service Engineer at Domasco, both positions focused on vehicle service sales and achieving labor targets. Earlier experience includes serving as a Warranty and Technical Supervisor at MTI, where responsibilities included supervising warranty repairs and managing parts claims. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Akbar Elyom Academy and is currently pursuing an MBA from The University of Manchester.
