Mohamed Arafa

Mohamed Arafa is a seasoned automotive professional with extensive experience in service advisory and workshop supervision. Currently serving as a Certified Service Advisor Engineer at AL Nabooda Automobiles LLC since November 2021, Mohamed has previously held positions at the Egyptian Automotive & Trading Co., where responsibilities included overseeing workshop resources and ensuring compliance with Volkswagen/Audi standards. Mohamed also excelled as a Workshop Team Leader and Service Advisor, where skills in customer interaction and problem-solving were demonstrated. Prior to the automotive industry, Mohamed co-founded Future Vision Solutions, contributing to the design and development of 3D printers while also managing sales and marketing. Educationally, Mohamed earned a Bachelor of Mechatronics Engineering from Alexandria Higher Institute for Engineering & Technology (2009-2014).
