Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Al Naboodah Construction Group LLC, Jossy leads a team focusing on grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management workshops. Previous positions include Group HR Manager at Al Naboodah MEP & Engineering Group and HR Manager roles at multiple Al Naboodah entities. Academically, Jossy holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, and a Bachelor's degree with Honors in English Literature from North-Eastern Hill University.
