Jossy Lukose

Jossy Lukose, CHRP, possesses extensive experience in human resources management within the Al Naboodah Group, having progressed through various roles from HR Coordinator to Senior Human Resources Manager since 1998. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Al Naboodah Construction Group LLC, Jossy leads a team focusing on grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management workshops. Previous positions include Group HR Manager at Al Naboodah MEP & Engineering Group and HR Manager roles at multiple Al Naboodah entities. Academically, Jossy holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, and a Bachelor's degree with Honors in English Literature from North-Eastern Hill University.
