Hadi Sha has extensive work experience in the construction and real estate development industries. Hadi started their career as a Site Engineer at Faywen Develpment Ltd. in 1997. Hadi then worked as a Project Engineer and later as a Project Manager at Mabani Co. from 1999 to 2006. Hadi then joined Mabani Real Estate Development as an Operations Manager from 2006 to 2007. Hadi then worked at ALDAR Properties PJSC as a Project Director from 2007 to 2012. Hadi then joined Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi as a Snr Director, Program Management Office from 2012 to 2013. Currently, Hadi serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Al Nasr Contracting since November 2013.
Hadi Sha completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering at the University of Wollongong in 1998. Later, they pursued a Masters in Project Management at The George Washington University and graduated in 2004. In 2015, Hadi earned their Executive MBA from Hult International Business School.
