Abdulrahman Alnawshan

Abdulrahman Alnawshan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager HRBP at Alrajhi Bank since July 2023, Abdulrahman previously worked as a Talent Development Consultant at NCAI from January 2021 to July 2023. Prior to that role, Abdulrahman held the position of HR Operation Manager at SDAIA from February 2020 to December 2020. An earlier tenure at the National Information Center in Saudi Arabia spanned nearly nine years, during which Abdulrahman progressed through roles including Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits Manager, Talent Acquisition Supervisor, and Training & Development Supervisor. Abdulrahman holds a Master's degree in Management and HR Management from Nottingham Trent University, completed in 2010.
