Naif al-Omari

Naif Al-Omari started their career in 2008 as a Recruitment Specialist at flynas. Naif then moved on to work as a Manpower Planning & Recruitment Manager at NADEC from 2009 to 2012, and at Saudi Manpower Solutions Co. (SMASCO) from 2012 to 2013. Naif further advanced their career by joining STC Channels as Corporate Recruitment Director from 2013 to 2015. Naif then worked as a Sr. Consultant at Adroyts Executive Search from 2015 to 2018. Naif later served as the Talent Acquisition Director at National Housing Company (NHC) from 2018 to 2023. Currently, Naif is working as the Director of Talent Acquisition at alrajhi bank.

Naif Al-Omari obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Translation from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University in the period of 2003 to 2007. In addition, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Certified Employee Performance Management from The KPI Institute in 2018, Leadership Development Program (LDP) from the Center for Creative Leadership in 2018, and Certified Human Resources Manager (CHRM) from the International Academy of Business and Financial Management in 2016. Other certifications include The 7 Habits of highly effective people from FranklinCovey in 2016, Mini MBA from Progress Management Consultants in 2015, and Finance for non Finance Professionals from Ace Consulting Experts in 2014. Naif also acquired a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from SHRM in 2011, and a Diploma in Professional Human Resources Management from Riyadh Chamber of Commerce & Industry in 2009.
