Rashid Rosman

Rashid Rosman has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Rashid most recently worked at alrajhi bank, starting in 2017. In their roles at the bank, they progressed from a Human Resources Executive to Assistant Manager, Manager, and then Assistant Vice President in the Rewards & HR Services department. Currently, they serve as Head of People Solutions & Analytics. Prior to alrajhi bank, Rashid worked at Maybank as Talent Acquisition staff for a year and a half. Rashid also had a role as an Executive Assistant at Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB) for two years. Overall, Rashid has built a strong background in HR and talent management.

Rashid Rosman completed a Diploma in Information Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 2010-2012. Rashid then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, General from the same university from 2013-2015. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in fields such as Compensation & Reward Management, HR Analytics, Ethical Hacking, Digital Etiquette, and Book-Keeping & Accounting.
