Sandeep Polisetty

Sandeep Polisetty has an extensive work experience spanning over different industries and roles. Currently, they serve as the Head of Enterprise Architecture & IT Strategy (Director) at Alrajhi Bank starting from August 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Platforms & Automation (SVP) at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) from August 2018 to July 2021.

Before joining FAB, Sandeep worked at TMB Bank PCL, where they held two significant roles. From December 2015 to August 2018, they served as the Head of Digital Delivery & Innovation (SVP), leading the development of digital channels, including the successful launch of a digital-only bank. Sandeep also served as the Head of Enterprise Architecture & IT Strategy (SVP) from August 2014 to December 2015.

Prior to TMB Bank PCL, Sandeep worked at Temenos as a Senior Technical Lead from September 2010 to August 2014. Sandeep started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at FICO from October 2006 to September 2010. Before that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Xerox from April 2005 to September 2006.

Sandeep Polisetty holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (2009-2011). Sandeep also has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (2001-2005). Sandeep has additional certifications including TOGAF® 9.1 Certified (2015), IBM Certified SOA Solution Designer (2012), SOA Fundamentals (000-669) (2011), IBM WebSphere Process Server V6.2 (2011), IBM WebSphere v6.1 Problem Determination (000-806) (2010), IBM WebSphere v6.1 Core (2010), and Sun Certified Java Programmer (2006).
