Thamer Abdullah Al-Hamoud

Thamer Alhumud currently serves as the Group Chief Governance and Legal Officer at Alrajhi Bank since May 2023. Prior to this role, Thamer held the position of General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors at RAIDAH Investment Company from April 2018 to May 2023. Thamer's extensive experience also includes serving as Head of CMA Board's Resolutions and Instructions and Legal Advisor at the Capital Market Authority from April 2006 to March 2018, as well as an Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright for a brief period in 2016. Thamer Alhumud holds a Master's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law and a Diploma in the Introduction to the U.S. Legal System from the University of California, Davis, as well as a Bachelor of Laws from King Saud University.
