Usamah Mahaifood

Usamah Mahaifood is an experienced IT Service Desk professional with a career spanning over 18 years in various technology and support roles. Currently serving as the IT Service Desk Team Leader at Alrajhi Bank since March 2023, Usamah previously held positions at Holool Aloula as a Service Support Specialist and at the Ministry of Finance - Saudi Arabia as a Service Desk Technician Team Leader. From June 2014 to May 2017, Usamah worked at IBM as a Service Desk Technician Team Leader on the Mobily project, with responsibilities including accountability for the outcomes of the SD Field technicians' team in the central region. Earlier experience includes similar roles at Wipro and International Turnkey Systems Group, focusing on service desk operations and technical support. Usamah holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Arab Open University and a diploma in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Al-Faisal International Academy.
