Ibrahim al Howish

Ibrahim Al Howish serves as the Chief Human Capital and Corporate Affairs Officer at Al Rajhi Takaful since August 2023 and holds multiple positions including Board Member and NRC Chairman at the Saudi Gymnastic Federation from March 2025. Ibrahim's extensive experience includes a significant role as SVP of HR Center of Excellence at Mobily, where responsibilities also included General Manager of Talent Development from June 2020 to August 2023. Previous roles include Head of HR Development & CoE at Saudi Railway Company, HR Business Partner at Riyadh Airports, and HR Development Specialist at Arab National Bank. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business & Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from King Saud University.
