Ismael Mohamed

Ismael Mohamed is a seasoned professional in agile coaching and digital portfolio management, currently serving as the Director of Agile Coaching at Al Rajhi Takaful since September 2023. Prior to this role, Ismael held positions as Digital Portfolio Manager and Sr. Scrum Master at Al Rajhi Bank from January 2020 to August 2023. Experience includes leading IT service delivery at Jawwy as Head of IT Service Delivery, as well as serving as Senior IT Project Manager. Ismael's career began at TELUS, where responsibilities included Project Manager and Sr. Manager, Service Assurance. Ismael also contributed as a Lecturer at Arab Open University and has held various roles in other organizations, demonstrating a strong foundation in project management and consultancy.
