Rasha Shaheen

Rasha Shaheen is an experienced professional in the finance and insurance sectors, currently serving as Head of Strategy Partnership and AVP Bancassurance at تكافل الراجحي since October 2022. In this role, Rasha focuses on activating insurance products within the bank and implementing sales strategies across various segments, alongside conducting product training for sales staff. Previously, Rasha held the position of Director of Life Sales, where significant achievements in retail and corporate sales were realized, and a team was developed to enhance business value and service quality. Earlier career experiences include roles in customer retention and sales at The Saudi Investment Bank and Alawwal Bank, respectively. Rasha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from King AbdulAziz University, completed in 2015.
