Lynne Ellett

Lynne Ellett is an experienced financial analyst with a strong background in budget management and cost analysis. Currently a Financial Analyst at LOGICAL INNOVATIONS, INC. of Texas since May 2019, Lynne supports the financial health of programs and projects at the Marshall Space Flight Center, focusing on budget development, execution, and monitoring, as well as performance presentations. Previously, Lynne served as a Budget Resource Analyst at Al-Razaq Computing Services and held roles at deciBel Research, Inc. and Northrop Grumman Corporation, where Lynne established Earned Value Management Systems and conducted extensive financial analysis.
