Mahmoud Rahhal

Mahmoud Rahhal is the VP of Human Resources and Administration at Al-Sagr National Insurance Company. Mahmoud has over 10 years of experience in human resources and administration, spanning across multiple industries.

Mahmoud began their career as a human resources consultant with HR Training and Consultancy. In this role, they provided expert advice and support to management and staff on a range of human resources functions, in accordance with established government policies and procedures. Mahmoud also helped to develop, review and implement various human resources policies, procedures and processes.

In 2011, Mahmoud took on the role of Human Resources and Administration Manager at Mahmoudia Motors. In this role, they were responsible for building a full-fledged HR and Administration system from scratch. This included developing processes for employees services, payroll, recruiting, annual HR budgeting, and annual performance appraisals. Mahmoud also oversaw the administration and purchasing functions for the company.

In their current role as VP of Human Resources and Administration at Al-Sagr National Insurance Company, Mahmoud is responsible for leading the HR and administration functions for the company. Mahmoud works closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives. Mahmoud also manages a team of HR professionals and is responsible for ensuring that they provide high-quality support to employees across the company.

Mahmoud Rahhal has a career in human resources development. Mahmoud has a diploma in human resources management from The Arab Academy For Management, Banking And Financial Sciences and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Al Zaytoonah University of Jordan. Mahmoud also has a certification in CHRM from the American Certification Institute.
