Ahmad Qaddoura

Ahmad Qaddoura currently serves as the Head of Information Technology at Al Sahraa Group, overseeing IT operations, strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure management, and digital transformation for both Al Sahraa Holding Group and Al Sahraa Recruitment Services since September 2024. Prior to this role, Ahmad worked for Majid Al Futtaim from 2005 to September 2024, where responsibilities included managing IT operations across over 130 branches, achieving a notable 20% improvement in operational efficiency through strategic alignment with business goals. Ahmad held several positions at Majid Al Futtaim, including Senior Information Technology Manager, Information Technology Operations Manager for the GCC, Information Technology Support Manager, and IT Manager, demonstrating a consistent track record in enhancing IT functionality, reliability, and staff development. Ahmad holds a Bachelor of Education in Management Information Systems from the University of Petra, completed between 1999 and 2002.
