Sreejith Kaningat

Sreejith Kaningat has extensive work experience in various roles within the facilities management, catering, and hospitality industries. Sreejith is currently serving as the Head of Facilities Management at Al Sahraa Recruitment Services (ASRS) since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Director at Mushrif Catering / Blue Ginger Catering from November 2020 to March 2022.

From May 2018 to November 2020, Sreejith held the position of Assistant Manager Operations at the Engineering Office- Private Office of Their Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, where they focused on accommodations, catering, and facilities management.

Before joining the Engineering Office, they worked at Hospitality Catering LLC. Their roles there included Operations Manager from February 2017 to May 2018, and Facilities Manager from November 2013 to February 2017.

Prior to their time in the UAE, Sreejith gained experience as an Airport Manager at Itc Limited - Royal Gardenia from April 2012 to November 2013. Sreejith also worked as a Sales Manager at Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited from October 2011 to March 2012.

Sreejith's career began in the aviation industry, where they served as an Assistant Manager of Business Development at 360 Aviation International from August 2008 to September 2011.

Sreejith Kaningat attended M.S. Ramaiah College of Hotel Management from 2004 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management with a focus on Hospitality Administration/Management. Prior to that, they completed their Higher Secondary education from Don Bosco HSS between 2002 and 2004, with a specialization in Science. In 2001 and 2002, they attended Don Bosco HSS for their Secondary School Leaving Certificate.

In terms of additional certifications, Sreejith obtained a Certified Hotel Operations Manager certification from the International Hospitality Institute in July 2021. In September 2020, they acquired a Cybersecurity Awareness certification from Engineers Office. Sreejith completed Advanced Fire Fighting Training, ISO 22000 Internal Auditor Training, First Aid at Work, and HACCP Level 4 certifications from HIGHFIELD.CO.UK. LTD, all in unspecified years between 2014 and 2015. Sreejith also received Crisis Management- Fire Fighting certification from Usha Armour Pvt Ltd in 2008 and Fire Aid certification from St John Ambulance, First Aid & Home Nursing Training Center, India in 2007.
