Mohamed Abdalla

Dr.Eng. Mohamed Abdalla is an accomplished professional in project management, currently serving as the Director of the Program Management Office at Winner - PMC since January 2024, and has been a Projects Manager at Al Salaam Consultants since December 2013. With a diverse background in project management roles at renowned companies such as DEKRA North America, SEREX International, and Master Civil Construction, Dr. Abdalla has demonstrated expertise in planning, execution, and team leadership. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Project Management from Cairo University, a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Mansoura University, an MBA from the University of Wolverhampton, and additional qualifications in leadership and construction management. Dr. Abdalla is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
