Abdulla Qawez is an experienced professional in the field of information systems, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Al Salam Bank since November 2019, following a role as Senior Analyst. Prior experience includes a position at Global ITS Group from February 2016 to November 2019, where responsibilities encompassed providing Microsoft Dynamics CRM development, reporting, system design, and user requirement gathering. Abdulla was instrumental in maintaining and developing systems tailored to client needs and enhancing business processes. Prior to that, Abdulla completed a training period as an MS Dynamics CRM development trainee and briefly worked as a Hardware Support Engineer assistant at Batelco in 2013. Abdulla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from the University of Bahrain, attained in 2016.
