Fatima Al-Aradi has extensive experience in the banking and finance sectors, currently serving as a Personal Assistant to the Deputy CEO and Complaints Manager at Al Salam Bank-Bahrain since December 2018. In addition to providing management support to the Group Chief Legal Officer, Chairman Advisor, and Corporate Secretary, Fatima's previous role at First Energy Bank B.S.C.(c) involved assisting the Corporate Secretary and the Head of Legal & Compliance. Earlier in the career, Fatima worked as an Investors Relations Officer at the International Investment Bank from 2008 to 2011. Educationally, Fatima holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ahlia University, a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Bahrain, and an International Diploma in Governance, Risk, and Compliance from the International Compliance Association.
