Krishnan Hariharan

Krishnan Hariharan has extensive experience in risk management within the banking sector, currently serving as the Chief Risk Officer at Al Salam Bank-Bahrain since January 2019. Previously, Krishnan held the position of Chief Risk Officer at Ithmaar Bank and served as the Head of Risk Management at alizz islamic bank. Other notable roles include AGM - Risk and Compliance at Ithmaar Bank and Shamil Bank, as well as Head Market Risk at National Bank of Oman. Krishnan possesses a robust academic background, holding an MBA in Finance from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and a BCom in Accounting and Economics from Mumbai University, alongside a CAIIB designation from the Indian Institute of Bankers.
