Shamy Jayesh

Shamy Jayesh has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the Assistant HR Manager at Al Shamsi Holdings since November 2009, where responsibilities include overall administrative support and payroll management. Prior to this role, Shamy worked at Mind Group Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as Lead Executive - Talent Acquisition, specializing in full lifecycle recruiting for the BFSI and BPO sectors. Shamy's earlier experience includes serving as Team Leader - Recruitments at La'Venir Consulting, managing end-to-end recruitment across various functions, and working as a Customer Support Specialist at IBM Daksh, handling inbound support for US and UK telecom clients.
