Zeeshan Zahoor Khawaja

Zeeshan Zahoor Khawaja has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Zeeshan Zahoor most recently worked at Al-Suwaidi Holding Company as the Chief Transformation Officer - Group, where they led the process of shifting the legacy ERP system to a fully integrated solution. Before that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer - Services' Division, where they partnered with the CEO to implement a transformation program and analyze the existing business model. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer in the Construction & Contracting Division and MEP Company at Khaled Juffali Company. In these roles, they focused on treasury management, financial reporting, and business realignment. Zeeshan also worked as the Company Financial Controller at Olayan Descon Industrial Company, where they led the digitalization process and restructured the finance department. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer / Company Secretary at Systems Limited and Manager Accounts / Company Secretary at Zephyr Textiles Limited. Zeeshan Zahoor also gained audit experience at PwC, where they worked as an Audit Associate and gained exposure to various sectors. Throughout their career, Zeeshan has demonstrated expertise in digitalization, financial reporting, process improvement, and strategic planning.

Zeeshan Zahoor Khawaja completed their education at various institutions. Zeeshan Zahoor attended Pakistan Embassy School Jeddah from 1981 to 1993, where they received their HSSC degree in Science. Zeeshan Zahoor then enrolled at the University of the Punjab from 1993 to 1996, earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Commerce. Following this, they pursued further studies at the same university from 1996 to 1999 and obtained a Master of Commerce degree specializing in Finance. Lastly, from 1999 to 2005, Zeeshan Zahoor Khawaja attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, where they completed a Finance & Accounting program and earned the FCA designation.
