Yasmin Hashim Khalifa

Yasmin Hashim Khalifa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in architecture and business management, holding an MBA in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Currently, Yasmin serves as the Founder and Manager of the Sawa Benagdar Initiative, established in May 2023 to mentor and train Sudanese professionals impacted by the civil war. Additionally, Yasmin is the Design Operations Manager at ALSUWEIDI Engineering Consultants and the Founder and Art Director of Dahabaya Sudanese Artworks. Previous roles include Business Development Manager at Michael Marshall Design, Managing Partner at iCE Designers, and various senior positions at Altorath International Engineering Consultants, where leadership in design and project management was pivotal. Yasmin has also contributed to business development at AHMED ALMAZROUEI GROUP and JOBXL Construct, while continuous professional development includes numerous certifications in quality and environmental management.
