Basma Mubarak Said

Basma Mubarak Said is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution at Al Tamimi & Company since November 2023. Prior to this role, Basma held the position of Managing Director at BK Law from August 2016 to December 2023, and worked as an Associate at Khalifa Al Hinai Legal Advocates and Consultancy between April 2014 and August 2016. Basma's experience also includes serving as a Trainee Solicitor at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP from September 2011 to March 2014, and as an Assistant Legal Advisor at Oman LNG L.L.C. from June 2009 to September 2011. Academically, Basma holds a Master of Philosophy in Law from The University of Manchester and a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, among other qualifications in law.
