Nessa Vas has a robust background in human resources and talent acquisition, with experience at Al Tayer Group as an HR and Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Human Resources Coordinator from November 2017 to July 2019, focusing on employee engagement, people management, and learning and development. Prior to that, Nessa served as a Learning and Development Coordinator at Dulsco and held customer relations positions at Reliance Life Insurance Limited and ICICI Bank. Nessa holds a Master's degree in Customer Relations and International Business from the National Institute of Management Technology and completed the IATA/UFTAA Foundational Course on Travel and Tourism at Globe Travel and Tourism.
