Peter Wood

Peter Wood serves as the Vice President of Manufacturing at Al-Watania Poultry in Saudi Arabia since October 2023, also undertaking the role of Manufacturing Sector Consultant. Previously, Peter Wood held positions including Director of Operations at Ideal Foods Ltd, Director of the Slaughterhouse Business Unit at Fakieh Poultry Farm, and Director of Operations at Fakieh Poultry Farms. A strong operational background includes leadership roles at Almarai, Coldwater Seafood, Fenmarc Produce, 2 Sister Food Group, and Youngs Chilled Fish. Peter Wood's military experience as a Corporal in the British Army adds to a diverse career. Academic achievements include completion of a Senior Leadership Executive Education Program at IMD and a Science degree in Food Manufacturing from Sheffield Hallam University.
