Takesure Njeke

Takesure Njeke is an experienced industrial production and operations manager with a diverse background in the plastics manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Industrial Production Manager at Al Watania For Industries since March 2024, Takesure oversees daily operations of the PVC, CPVC, and PPR pipe factory. Prior to this, Takesure held the position of Operations Manager at Afripipes, focusing on technical problem-solving, process improvement, and production oversight since August 2021. Takesure has also contributed to BT Industrial Group and DPI Plastics Pipes & Fittings as a Production Manager, where responsibilities included plant maintenance, quality control, and employee management. Takesure's career began at Proplastics Zimbabwe, progressing from Production Team Leader to Senior Extrusion Operator. Holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical and Process Systems Engineering from Harare Institute of Technology.
