Elham Tehrani

Elham Tehrani currently serves as the Group Human Resources & Operations Manager at Al Zaabi Group since September 2019, following a role as Senior Human Resources Specialist. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee records management, developing group HR policies, and overseeing KPI & KRA frameworks. Prior to this, Elham held multiple HR and operations roles at Universal Hospital from January 2014 to September 2019. Elham holds a bachelor's degree in law with a master's in international law and human rights from Damascus University, completed between 2010 and 2014.
